For example, splints cannot be used to set broken bones, and thread cannot be used to suture wounds (no matter what skill levels a character has). Note, crutches '''can''' be used for walking. Also, a pick can be used as a weapon, but not for digging, nor can the dice you add here yet be rolled in-game. Another thing to consider is that not all creatures you can play as are omnivores; some may be carnivores or herbivores.
