The dwarven naming seems to randomly change vowels into exotic versions... Unfortunately, these do not display as letters when truetype is enabled, making such names extra difficult to find in lists. (This may be due to some tileset/image settings that I can't find I suppose.. I do have phoebus installed.. In fact, the first dwarf in my list is named 'Alath' with the middle A having a small circle over it... which shows as a stone wall in game)

:Do you mean "these do not display as letters when truetype is ''not'' enabled"? Either way, posting in the [http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=137096.0 Phoebus thread] and providing a screenshot will probably get better results. —[[User:Lethosor|Lethosor]] ([[User talk:Lethosor|talk]]) 21:37, 26 August 2014 (UTC)

Special characters in names (Umlaut, etc)

The dwarven naming seems to randomly change vowels into exotic versions... Unfortunately, these do not display as letters when truetype is enabled, making such names extra difficult to find in lists. (This may be due to some tileset/image settings that I can't find I suppose.. I do have phoebus installed.. In fact, the first dwarf in my list is named 'Alath' with the middle A having a small circle over it... which shows as a stone wall in game)

Do you mean "these do not display as letters when truetype is not enabled"? Either way, posting in the Phoebus thread and providing a screenshot will probably get better results. —Lethosor (talk) 21:37, 26 August 2014 (UTC)
