ADMINISTRATORS:

*Apparently, for the displayed announcement to synch up with any edits made to this page, this page has to be "unprotected". This can be done after or before the edit, and then it can be re-protected - but it has to be done. Apparently - at least, that's how I got it to work.

Changes just take a few minutes to work their way through cache, etc... you shouldn't have to do anything other than editing the page.
