- Ok, so here goes. We use Dwarf Fortress Wiki:Announcements for the actual announcement text. This is transcluded into MediaWiki:Sitenotice. We use some javascript (importScript('User:Briess/hideAnnouncements.js');) to handle the hide functionality. Poke me if you have any questions!--Briess 12:29, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
