It does make sense to let utility articles be rated, though, so I'll add that in. -New issue:  when rating [[Human]], I thought it deserved exceptional, but the script showed masterwork and didn't let me override downwards.  Further tests as I was rating utility pages (thanks) show that the override function may not be working at all - it just shows the description of the current quality level.  [[User:PeridexisErrant|PeridexisErrant]] ([[User talk:PeridexisErrant|talk]]) 01:17, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
