:<s>I see that bones (alongside with feathers, nervous tissues, etc) actually go to refuse/remains stockpile, not body parts stockplile. That is, with all other types of refuse forbidden, including body parts. Good thing about it is that it's possible to separate usable bones from eh... useless imported body parts. Bad thing is that bones are still mixed with other remains which will probably rot producing miasma underground.</s> It's only for underground's creature parts, they go to any refuse stockpile, probably bug. :I third that question, my "tame stray reindeer cow" got attacked by a "wild bear", after the attack I got a "reindeer corpse", I tried butchering it with the "butcher dead animal" to no avail.... then it turned into "reindeer skeleton", I tried butchering it again for the bones, still nothing... what gives?? --[[User:Kaos|Kaos]] 14:48, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
