Zero Trade Depot Access

Recently started a new fort, and the entire map is red/inaccessible. What could cause that? Pathaugen 19:32, 10 November 2010 (UTC)

Have you actually built the trade depot yet? Depot accessibility is traced from the depot to the map edge, not vice-versa, so if there's no finished depot then nothing'll be accessible. --Quietust 20:23, 10 November 2010 (UTC)

No subsection for mugs?

When trading in my Trade Depot, I have to go to the "All" category to find the mugs that have been produced (0.31.18) - is this happening with everyone else, or is it just me? --Drake1500 05:44, 4 December 2010 (UTC)

How can I buy sth (in trade depot)? <newbie question>

I see that by g menu I can sell sth. But how I can buy sth? 213.134.175.225 15:25, 20 December 2010 (UTC)

Read the article - the answers are all there. Also, is it that hard to spell out the word "something"? --Quietust 16:44, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
Thanks Q, I had no idea what this chap was talking about. --TerryDactyl 15:06, 6 May 2011 (UTC)
Also, is it that hard to use dashes properly? No, but seriously, there's no need to act like a grammar nazi douche. The dude just wanted some help, and he did at least punctuate and use capital letters when proper. 82.182.171.126
Excuse me for being "that guy who argues over half-a-year-old discussions", but, a) he, in fact, WAS using the dash correctly, and b) he wasn't being a grammar Nazi douche, "sth" means nothing to most people. 70.231.250.12 19:29, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
There is more good info in the Template:L page --MathFox 20:04, 20 December 2010 (UTC)

Color

I tested the color thing by building a Trade Depot with granite, microcline, and ash logs (in that order), and the Depot was blue. I would, however, like someone else to verify. 70.231.250.12 19:32, 27 June 2011 (UTC)

It's possible that the color depends on the age of the material itself (i.e. the order in which the stones were mined out or the trees were cut down) rather than the order in which they were selected in the build menu - it's my recollection that gem windows behave the same way with regards to the order in which they change colors. --Quietust 20:55, 27 June 2011 (UTC)

Depot with slope on one side

I noticed a possible bug -- some elves came to trade at my depot, and the depot had a downramp on a square adjacent to it, exactly to the left. One of their horses got stuck in the downramp and was unable to pick up its loot after the trading was done. So the elves just sat around. Fearing their wrath for holding them so long, I tore down the depot and they walked away (conveniently leaving behind all that loot!).
