v0.34:Struck down

When the message "x has been struck down" appears, some poor chap has been shot, stabbed, dismembered, bludgeoned, chewed, or otherwise brought to the point of death. More specific death messages for less common scenarios include the following: burned to death, drowned, crushed by a drawbridge, and (most commonly among nobles,) killed by a spike.
