Expedition Leaders are leaders?

What exactly does this mean? Does DF treat "leaders" differently than normal nobles?

Until there's someone with a higher authority in your fort, the dwarven liason will meet with your expedition leader to discuss your situation in the fall. I assume that's what it means to convey. --Timrem 14:25, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
