Toughness?[edit]
I've been trying out the "gym" in my current fortress, and a couple of dwarves seem to have leapt out ahead of the others in how quickly they've trained. I haven't confirmed it, but it looks to me like there might be a correlation between toughness and Pump Operator skill gains. Ability to pump more before getting tired? Faster recovery? - Quite possible. Their personality also can have something to do with it. Some dwarves take to the hard physical labor better than others. --ThunderClaw 02:43, 2 November 2008 (EST)
