The only issue I can think of is that the first letter needs to be capitalized (and the form doesn't check for that). You're using "Danthebur" in both places, right?

Apparently the change I made to fix this problem a few weeks ago isn't deployed on the wiki server any more. I'm trying to get this resolved as soon as I can.
