Diplomat[edit]
What exactly was the source of your information on the Diplomat in version 0.31? I ask, because the content you added made the following incorrect claims:
- that diplomats and liaisons are the same (they are not - for dwarves, OUTPOST_LIAISON and DIPLOMAT are entirely separate positions)
- that they talk to the highest ranking noble (they do not - they talk only to the expedition leader or mayor, never the baron/count/duke)
- that the dwarven liaison upgrade with your fortress (he does not - it's fixed at "outpost liaison" in the raws)
- that the liaison becomes the Advisor when you become a mountainhome (he does not - this only happened in 40d and earlier)
- that humans send a guild representative (they do not - they may have [MERCHANT_NOBILITY], but they don't actually have any merchant nobility positions defined, causing them to instead just send a diplomat that does nothing but say "Such a nice place you've carved out for yourselves")
