Email validation[edit]
I'm guessing you tried to click on the redlink to create the page, and were then told that you didn't have permission to create it. That's because this wiki has settings that require you to make 3 edits before gaining additional permissions (similar to the English Wikipedia's 10-edit and 4-day requirements). This is supposed to prevent spambots from creating tons of new pages, but it also keeps legitimate users from creating pages as well. It doesn't have anything to do with your email being validated - Special:ListGroupRights doesn't list any "emailconfirmed" group, and those settings have been disabled.
Anyway, I've created the redirect for you, but I'd suggest making two random edits (even on this page) to become "autoconfirmed" (which gives you more permissions and lets you skip captchas). Also, there's really no reason to ban you for complaining - the new user restrictions can be pretty confusing, and I even experienced a few myself. (Anyway, banning is pretty ineffective, as you can see by the spambots that keep creating new accounts when I ban them.)
