I'm of two minds on this: I think that a warning about modifications is appropriate, but it *is* in the mod namespace, after all. I'd prefer not to decree on this (or any other matter relating to wiki editing policies), so instead I'll remind you of two wiki philosophies: Be Bold, and Get Consensus. --Briess 02:45, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
