Tile set used on your pictures[edit]

Hello! I wonder: what tile set / preferences did you use when creating the pictures in your double slit method article? It looks like some squared version of the default tile set to me, and really nice too. It would be very kind of you to tell me where / how I could make my game look like this. It really keeps the ASCII feeling up while not having the annoying 'non-squaredness' of the default tile set :) --Kenran 10:15, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

As I wrote in my second message on the bay12 forums, this 'problem' is resolved by now since I overlooked your own tile set in the first place :) Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm looking forward to your streaming some time, the uploaded stuff was very promising! --Kenran 10:28, 28 July 2012 (UTC)

Hello Nagidal, and thank you for creating my page! I wrote on your stream that I really like using your tileset from time to time, and I played around with transparency for the background. Do you mind if I upload this to the wiki, too? I would of course decribe it as your tileset with added background transparency. Best regards! --Kenran 14:56, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

Thanks, sure, Kenran, do it. I haven't herad or seen any trasparent background tilesets before. If you can, please upload a screenshot of it as an example how it looks in actual game and have it as a thumbnail there, too. --Nagidal 15:17, 12 August 2012 (UTC)
Sorry to bother you again, it seems like I can't do this yet since I am not a confirmed user. It seems like I have to be active a bit more here before I can upload it. I'll do it whenever the wiki allows me to in the near future! --Kenran 18:45, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

The Stockpile Overview.[edit]

Hello again Nagi, I'm glad to see that my talk page is usable now. I have read both your comment on my page, and the one for the stockpile on the wiki on Emi's page. And I agree to doing any sort of help possible, from your stockpile explanation I do agree with the 3rd outcome but at the same time favor the 1st one as it requires less pages. But regardless, I will help you based on what the admins or moderators of the wiki say. --Morekouto 17:50, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

Links[edit]

When linking from one page in a particular namespace (e.g. DF2012) to another page in the same namespace, it is not necessary to explicitly specify the namespace in the link - this wiki has been specially patched and configured so that links within 23a/40d/DF2012 automatically point to those same namespaces rather than the main one (and similar behavior for said Talk pages). --Quietust 11:22, 10 August 2012 (UTC)

Thanks, I was wondering when to use the DF2012: prefix and when not to use it. I'll try to correct my recent edits with regards to that. --Nagidal 11:24, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
In case you didn't notice, I had already fixed the pages for you - you didn't need to go back and edit them again (and needlessly link to the "Happy Thought" redirect instead of just using the base "Thought" page, as well as pointlessly replacing preferences with preferences)... --Quietust 13:35, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
Thanks, I did not notice that I was linking a redirect. The preferences were a copy-paste residual. I thought I'd need it if the capitalization does not match ("Preferences" vs. "preferences"). I forgot that the capitalization of the first letter of the name of a wiki article does not matter. --Nagidal 14:06, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
