"Uses of stone" To me, the point of that article seems to be about "noteworthy uses of X stone" - to say "It's brutally and tortuously common" (to paraphrase) doesn't give a newbie any info about its use. Streamlined, to the point, highlights only. Kept the colors in, np there. And you're right of course, it's just not the right audience or bandwidth.
