v50 Steam/Premium information for editors

Why does it says that i don't have permission to create new pages, when i'm trying to upload my tileset?

User page/Image upload[edit]
I can create a user page for you (which I will do after leaving this message), however you have to become autoconfirmed in order to upload an image. You become autoconfirmed after having an account for a certain length (I can't remember the exact length, but you're certainly past it), and having 10 edits. Emi [T] 07:48, 22 July 2011 (UTC)
