v0.34 Talk:Container

From Dwarf Fortress Wiki
Jump to: navigation, search

Internally, the 4 "container" types which count as Chests are actually called boxes - item type BOX:NONE (with item class "item_boxst") and building class "building_boxst". --Quietust 21:31, 4 October 2012 (UTC)

Do dwarves actually USE boxes/chests/coffers at all in the current economyless versions? Looking at the coffers in my dwarves' bedrooms with (t), none of them have any items stored in them. Not even my duke. --65.101.174.116 03:59, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

-they do. bags...are actually boxes. which is why you can't change their capacity. GAH! 128.208.36.83 22:54, 15 January 2014 (UTC)

I think earthenware pots need to be glazed to be used at all. The article says they should be glazed to store liquid, but I haven't seen dwarves using unglazed earthenware to store any food either. --Elfy (talk) 07:09, 20 June 2013 (UTC)
