[edit] Background color information?

I think we should make some additions to this page about what different background colors mean. For example, on the "overview map" (map on the right once you have embarked), it seems that tiles have a blue background if they contain swarves and a red background if they contain potentially dangerous creatures. I could be wrong on this... so please add documentation on it.  ;-) unsigned comment by Jez9999

Sounds about right to me. An interesting thing I noticed was that the blue tiles appear on all z-levels, regardless of the location of dwarves, while the red tiles always seem to appear only at ground level (at least for above-ground creatures). I'm not exactly sure where to put this though, since this page is about the world map, but I do think information on this topic would be helpful. We may need to create a new page for this – I'll think about it some more, though. Thanks for pointing this out. --Lethosor (talk) 14:26, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

what do "0"(zero) and "o" mean? it looks like a castle.

A zero is a tomb, and an o is usually a human fortress. --Lethosor (talk) 21:25, 7 January 2014 (UTC)
