Boatmurdered was a succession game on the Something Awful forums. Its most prominent features were a constant Elephant seige, inexplicable map-spanning water floods, thrice-yearly floods of lava destroying the landscape (and elephants, goblins, dwarves, merchants, plus the odd colossus), and a series of fiery tantrums which eventually depopulated the fortress.
The entire saga can be read here.
