Buckets can be made out of metal at a Metalsmith's Forge, or wood at a carpenter's workshop, and are used in wells, dyer's shops, asheries and for dwarves to take water to wounded or jailed dwarves. Buckets are also used by dwarfs to carry water to the sick and injured.
