It seems that blunt weapons never cause bleeding even if they "jam the bone through the..."(apparently only the heart) Against some enemies (grimelings come to mind) blunt weapons are totally useless. My last adventurer was torn apart by alligators. Now I can understand being shaken around by a leg or arm or torso but this alligator had me by the middle finger of my left hand, there should be a tag that says 'this appendage is too small to shake someone around by instead just sever it if that happens.'
