how do u make plant fibers??
- You grow pig tails (inside) or rope reeds (outside) then process them into thread at a farmer's workshop, then process the thread into cloth at a loom Moonman 09:39, 25 December 2007 (EST)
Webs[edit]
In my last fortress, where I had a giant cave spider silk farm, I observed that the webs turned into "giant cave spider silk thread" the instant my weavers picked them up (performing the "Collect Webs" job), so it isn't strictly required for them to take it to the loom until they actually make it into cloth. --Quietust 01:33, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
