In my only king-worthy fort, my king did not come with a consort. --OmegaX 17:05, 3 October 2008 (EDT)

When my king arrived, his queen consort had hauling labors enabled, for some reason. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a side effect of having used Dwarf Manager to simplify assignment of labor on others. --Quietust 04:15, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
- ...and again, my current fortress had the same thing happen. In fact, this one doesn't have the profession of "Queen Consort", but instead is a "Guard", presumably because that's what she was during worldgen - she even arrived wearing full body armor, which she promptly dropped once her migrant status wore off. --Quietust 21:13, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
