Transclusion[edit]

I move the two tables into templates for transclusion. It may have been better to put it in a page or subpage, instead of the template namespace, but I did use tpl NS. Please message me if this isn't kosher with style guidelines or data org practices... Jerimee (talk) 00:50, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

comments[edit]

I don't know what syntax this is. What is the proper way to do comments? See the (fake) IGNORED_COMMENT token I added below; will that suffice? Jerimee (talk) 21:54, 25 January 2023 (UTC)

To answer my own question, it seems like anything outside brackets is ignored... Jerimee (talk) 00:50, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

token?[edit]

Not sure this is a Token in the sense the term is used in game. --Jan (talk) 21:13, 21 December 2022 (UTC)

The wiki also has the world tokens which similarly represent something other than raw objects. I think it is more about the format than anything, and afaik "token" is not a term ever used in-game. The closest we get is the creature variation tokens which call them "tag"s. --Voliol (talk) 21:21, 21 December 2022 (UTC)
All setting files use the same format, but we don't say init.txt tokens. In this case I'd prefer simply 'Mod info' but I am fine either way. There gonna be some trail and error for awhile. --Jan (talk) 22:54, 21 December 2022 (UTC)
Btw there is no longer 'raw' folder, now it is 'vanilla' --Jan (talk) 23:10, 21 December 2022 (UTC)

Required[edit]

I am not sure all the fields marked as required fields indeed are. When I last run a test I used mod_info text with just an ID and NAME and it worked.
