Golem[edit]

Out of curiosity, why did you change the word "golem" to "construct" on these 5 pages?

From Wikipedia, "golem" seems like an appropriate term to use, and I don't think "construct" is grammatically correct. —Lethosor (talk) 01:35, 22 June 2020 (UTC)

  • I want to say that "construct" is a term from a certain popular RPG, as a blanket term that includes more than "golem", which (for some) has certain alchemical and even religious overtones, implying a certain creative process which the generic "construct" is not confined to. Thus Dr. Frankenstein's monster was a "construct" of body parts; even if it is also called a "flesh golem" in previous incarnations of that same RPG. Bottom line, either works, tho' I agree that I can see no pressing need for the change. Meli? Albedo (talk) 07:16, 23 June 2020 (UTC)
