OPINIONS!

1. I'd LOVE ceramics to be added to the game. Dwarves could get a positive thought from eating with or owning proper dining utensils. And everyone likes mucking about in the mud!

2. Yes. Definitely. Personally, I'd like the ability to assign specific equipment to a dwarf, almost like a construction que, but really just a series of items to be equipped by that dwarf. Then you could assign all of his equipment to him, in the order it should be equipped!

3. Yeah, lighting up and heating the dark undergrounds would be a good idea. I'd like to see the kitchen actually use a STOVE. Heck, make fire places and have dwarves gain a positive thought from being warmed by it, if the temperature's low enough. To balance it, if they get too cold for too long, give 'em a negative thought!

4. Everyone wants to milk their animals.

5. Having sheep you can shear for wool would be another great item. Imagine; an embark animal that's worth the points!

6. I'm pretty sure they can... Not like it matters, making bags out of leather is kind of a waste...

7. Yes, scythes could shorten the harvesting time! Handy for larger farming operations that fuel multiple industries.

8. Been there, done that :D

9. Actually, if you make a stockpile for furniture and allow ONLY bins/barrels, (They're the same items in the list) and disable them from all other furniture stockpiles, all empty barrels/bins will be placed in that stockpile when they are constructed or emptied.

10. Yeah, people already answered this, but I think the k command (Look) and t command (Examine the contents of a workshop) should be reconciled into a single, more easily navigated system.

11. I'm not sure about conveyor belts... That's a little silly, considering they're not practical in reality. Now, if we could make rail tracks with carts to haul large quantities of stone, or lifts that allow many dwarves to move together as a clump, or ANYTHING like that which would allow us to maximize speed and efficiency through large-scale engineering, THAT would be awesome!

12. I also agree with this. We need a use for some of these animals- aside from food -and farming would be good. Using animals to increase planting time would be good. I'd also like to see plants need water, calling for TRUE irrigation or watering of some sort.

13. ABSOLUTELY. I'm with you 100% on this!

14.I'd like to have the journey to the site be a part of the game as well. So you have to actually GET to the site from the mountainhomes in the first place.

15. Toady's been trying to make boats. Apparently, dwarves aren't smart enough to pathfind a z-level below themselves, nor do they understand that they suddenly cannot walk on land. Kind of like how they don't acknowledge fire.

16. Pump. Seriously, they do it. Just don't let the desalinated water touch anything natural EVER AGAIN. Of course, non-bugged desalination, by filter or distillery, would be nice.

17. I agree on this, but I fear the potential glitches... "So the dragon split in half, and the two portions began spitting fire separately."

18. Yeah, we need a use for poison.
