There are some furniture in the bedroom that could be good to use. Exept the bed and a door in a private assigned bedroom, we should use a rack/chest too. What else should we add? Cabinet maybe?--Trepach 10:09, 26 March 2011 (UTC)
I find that mine are comforted by a coffin, even if it isn't set as a tomb or open to the public, they get the nice thought and assume it is theirs. Just a nice coffin, right next to the bed. A cabinet is a must for storing dwarf junk. --Mirthmanor 17:42, 26 March 2011 (UTC)
Step-To-Step guide to a legendary dining room.[edit]
Dining room and booze. These two are important.
Booze is a given. But a legendary dining room MIGHT be tricky.
How to simply achieve a legendary dining room:
1. Dig out a quite big area.
2. Make sure every dwarf has his own table, as having two dwarves share the same table will generate unhappy toughts.
3. Chairs. Dwarves will get unhappy toughts from having no chairs. (Bonus points for masterwork gem-encrusted decorated chairs and tables)
4. Train up a legendary engraver by smoothing your entire fortress. (or your bedrooms, making even more happy toughts)
5. Then let that legendary engraver engrave your (already smoothend) dining room. (tip: floors can be smoothed and engraved too)
6. You now have a legendary dining room. Enjoy your happy dwarves!
7. Eventually make your dining room even more happy-tought-making by adding a waterfall, etc. --Miauw62 18:55, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
