Schist is a metamorphic stone. It contains a wide variety of gems.


In real life[edit]

Schist is a medium-grained metamorphic rock exhibiting a quality known as 'schistosity' meaning it is a composite of mineral grains of diverse sorts. It can host metamorophic gemstones such as garnet, emerald, and ruby.
