Yes, it was supposed to say "Remove hesitation" which meant that if you removed a designation, or hesitated to do the original action, you  could remove the removed designation. If used again then it would assume that you hesitated to not do the action and therefore remove it. It was so confusing that Toady never even put it in the game, though it was in his original plans. --[[User:Penguinofhonor|Penguinofhonor]] 16:34, 2 December 2007 (EST)

Yes, it was supposed to say "Remove hesitation" which meant that if you removed a designation, or hesitated to do the original action, you could remove the removed designation. If used again then it would assume that you hesitated to not do the action and therefore remove it.
