The Furnace Operator skill is used to make metal bars at a smelter, melt metal objects at a smelter and make pearlash at a kiln. Furnace operating is a job that governs the use of operating furnaces. This can be a stand-alone job or it can be grouped with a few other jobs, such as with metalsmiths.
