A Tavern is a designated location in Fortress mode. In a Tavern, Tavern Keepers server drinks to patrons in goblets. Tavern patrons can include mercenaries, monster slayers, bandits, diplomats and performers.
Taverns are also generated in settlements in Adventure mode. Taverns are also visible in the structures list of legends mode. The equivalent structure in Fortress mode is a dining room.
Player-controlled Fortress Taverns are new to version v0.42.01.
