Missing attribute
All right so it might be a poor furnace fuel to become a fuel... but why can't this be used as a carbon source for steelmaking?GarrieIrons 10:31, 5 July 2008 (EDT)
- Because a flux also needs to absorb the impurities in the metal or alloy you want to refine. Graphite can't. Or I think. --Cptnemo01 15:21, 5 July 2008 (EDT)
