I've seen my dwarves clean blood from my muddied underground pastures, but I haven't tested it with all contaminants. It seems fairly safe to assume they'll clean any contaminants but mud just like other subterranean locations, but, I'm not 100% sure. --[[User:2128|2128]] ([[User talk:2128|talk]]) 19:50, 22 February 2017 (UTC) | I've seen my dwarves clean blood from my muddied underground pastures, but I haven't tested it with all contaminants. Avoiding mud[edit]
Is there any known way to avoid dust piling in a pool? While the dwarves may be indifferent, I would very much prefer to not have a thick layer of mud on the floor of the pool.

!!SCIENCED!! No, only trees grow on smoothed muddied stone floors(no sub-terrain grass).
Cleaning contaminants from mud[edit]
I've seen my dwarves clean blood from my muddied underground pastures, but I haven't tested it with all contaminants. It seems fairly safe to assume they'll clean any contaminants but mud just like other subterranean locations, but, I'm not 100% sure. --2128 (talk) 19:50, 22 February 2017 (UTC)
