Underlichen is the purple one.

Underlichen is an underground floor-covering lichen, growing natively in the third cavern layer. As it is functionally a grass, grazers may feed on it.

As with the other underground grasses, underlichen only appears after a cavern containing floor fungus has been discovered. After that has happened, it spreads anywhere underground^[Verify] where there is mud.

While it might appear various types of fungi grows from the underlichen, this is really just that they too grow on the same muddy floor.
