Migrants with higher frequency of weapon skills during wartime
As per the verification request about migrants coming in with more military skills during wartime, my civilization is at war with the goblins, and my first major migration wave came with 27 dwarves and every single one had some sort of military skill, including at least two dwarves that had a melee skill and marksdwarf both at competent.
