40d:Equipment mismatch

This occurs if a military dwarf is picking up a piece of equipment and you change his equipment options.

For instance he is picking up a warhammer and you change him to use a crossbow.

It also happens when a civilian dwarf is trying to pick up an axe/a pick for wood cutting/mining, and you disable the labours.
