Dwarves will get married occassionally. It is unknown if Dwarves will involve in same-sex relationships. Dwarves will sometimes celebrate marriages, but not always (it is unknown under what circumstances they do)
In the Relationships screen (vpzr), 'Husband' or 'Wife' tops the list, coming above their deity.
