Dwarves will get married occassionally. It is unknown if Dwarves will involve in same-sex relationships. Dwarves will celebrate marriages with a party if you have provided a room for them to do so in.
In the Relationships screen ( v p z r ), Husband or Wife tops the list, coming above their deity.
