Silver bars can be used for fairly valuable goods and as a component for making electrum. Weapons can be made from silver, but all other metals that can be used for weapons deal more damage.
The most common use of silver is minting at a metalsmith's forge, creating coins which value is multiplied by 10[Verify]. Minted silver coins are then either used in the economy system or used as a somewhat valuable trade good when trading with caravans.
Almost as common and popular is the smithing of silver weapons used for training military recruits. Silver have 50% efficiency when used as weapon material, making it ideal for sparring sessions.
