I've seen my dwarves clean blood from my muddied underground pastures, but I haven't tested it with all contaminants.  It seems fairly safe to assume they'll clean any contaminants but mud just like other subterranean locations, but, I'm not 100% sure. --[[User:2128|2128]] ([[User talk:2128|talk]]) 19:50, 22 February 2017 (UTC)

I found that if you repeatedly flood an area you will form piles of mud, In this it says that it is only found in caverns.

Avoiding mud

Is there any known way to avoid dust piling in a pool? While the dwarves may be indifferent, I would very much prefer to not have a thick layer of mud on the floor of the pool.

Smoothed stone

Does stuff grow on muddied smoothed stone just the same as on muddied rough stone floor? --2128 (talk) 19:50, 22 February 2017 (UTC) If not, what's different?

Cleaning contaminants from mud

I've seen my dwarves clean blood from my muddied underground pastures, but I haven't tested it with all contaminants. It seems fairly safe to assume they'll clean any contaminants but mud just like other subterranean locations, but, I'm not 100% sure. --2128 (talk) 19:50, 22 February 2017 (UTC)
