0-2 Depth Expressed as binary number
3 Stockpile Changing has no effect
4-6 Designation See table at bottom
7 Smooth Stone Means Carve Fortifications on already smoothed walls
8 Engrave Stone Means Smooth Stone on unsmoothed walls

10-13 Some kind of ID Changing this sometimes changes the type of stone
