* I want to say that "construct" is a term from a certain popular RPG, as a blanket term that includes more than "golem", which (for some) has certain alchemical and even religious overtones, implying a certain creative process which the generic "construct" is not confined to. Thus Dr. Frankenstein's monster was a "construct" of body parts; even if it is also called a "flesh golem" in previous incarnations of that same RPG.  Bottom line, either works, tho' I agree that I can see no pressing need for the change.
