Ash is created from a Template:L at a Template:L by a dwarf with the Template:L labor enabled. Ash is an intermediate good, used to make potash, Template:L, and for glazing ceramics.

Potash is created from ash or lye at an Template:L by a dwarf with the Template:L labor enabled. Potash can be used as Template:L to increase stack size of harvested plants. Potash in real life

Pearlash is baked from potash at a Template:L (uses 1 Template:L) or Template:L by a dwarf with the Template:L labor enabled. Its sole use is in the manufacture of Template:L and Template:L items. Pearlash in real life
