This article is about an older version of DF.

Carpenters produce items out of Template:L. They construct Template:Ls, Template:Ls, Template:Ls, and all manner of other Template:L. They can also create structures such as Template:Ls and Template:Lcases. A carpenter's skill level affects the speed and Template:L of his work.

To employ a carpenter, create a task at a Template:L or designate a construction using logs.

An immigrant carpenter may bring an axe with him, despite not having any skill in wood cutting.
