Mandates[edit]

Are nobles really capable of mandating the production of amber items? --Quietust (talk) 14:50, 5 June 2014 (UTC)

I doubt it. I believe mandates requiring specific materials were removed in this version. Demands can still require a specific material, though I don't know if non-existent materials are valid choices. --Loci (talk) 19:06, 5 June 2014 (UTC)
