The craftsworking labor enables a dwarf to work at a craftsdwarf's workshop to produce crafts out of stone, wood, and bone.

This single labor encompasses three different skills - making goods from stone, wood, and bone. Thus, workshop profiles should be utilized in order to restrict your craftsdwarves to use only their highest skills.
