Wolves are predators which are living in many regions. They have more chance to appear in the winter than in other seasons. Wolves are social animals living in groups. This can be a problem for your hunters or adventurers. One on one a hunter or adventurer will likely kill the wolf, but if a group gangs up on the hapless dwarf there is a good chance he will be killed, especially if he doesn’t have armor or experience.
