It's used on [[cv:thread]], but I can't seem to move it to a better title. I think it's because of the <s>accent</s> umlaut - is there any way you can change its name manually in the database? It seems that confirmation e-mails aren't properly sent.  I registered as xtank5 and forgot my password several weeks later.  I had it send me an e-mail reminder but I forgot that I had not received the confirmation e-mail.  So I have not reset my password.  I re-registered as XtankFive and still have not received the confirmation e-mail.  I have a gmail account for e-mail if that affects anything.  You mind fixing it?  --[[User:XtankFive|Xtank5]] 00:10, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Is there any way to make the entire wiki availible for download?  I do not have internet at my house, and this wiki is an awesome resource that I check frequently when I don't understand what a certain workshop does or what labor to enable to get a dwarf to make charcoal.  It would be great if there was a periodically updated link to a zip or rar that contained the either the entire wiki the most important sections, like what Wikipedia has (perhaps minus most images to save space?)  You wouldn't even have to host this file yourself, if bandwidth is a problem.  It would be a super useful addition, though users are still going to have to check back here for the latest info. Please consider it? --[[Special:Contributions/12.2.142.12|12.2.142.12]] 19:12, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

== [[:File:Old0c3822.png]] ==

I've been trying to figure out how to display images from offsite (ie imageshack links) without uploading them to the wiki. I'm looking to move a 92-image post from the Bay12 forums to one of my userpages (rather large images at that) and if I can't use offsite linking I can't do it. According to what I could find on Wikipedia about wikitext this isn't possible, but I'm not one hundred percent sure, just doublechecking. Or if there was a way to get around this, that'd be jolly good too. --[[User:Retro|Retro]] 21:56, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

== Creature token page seems to be causing your server trouble ==

== Raw subpages ==
+
http://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/DF2012:Creature_token comes up with a completely blank (like, about:blank blank) for me and pretty much everyone else I've asked about it. I can get the contents by pulling them from google's cache, but the site itself seems to refuse to let you load it. From experience as a webhost, this generally means that the page has encountered a critical error in its scripting, which it will dump in the error log instead of reporting to the user, for security reasons. I would suggest scouring your error logs. Don't know why this particular page is causing issues. [[Special:Contributions/74.67.17.69|74.67.17.69]] 07:23, 6 May 2014 (UTC)

I've noticed that the current trend seems to be putting the various raws into subpages specific to each "entity". I feel I should point out that this might be a bad idea, because it will result in people clicking "Random page" occasionally being directed to one of said /raw pages. I know because I ran into the '''exact''' same problem on the KoL wiki - all of the various in-game items (of which there are several thousand) had been given data pages (containing templates of the form <nowiki>{{#switch:{{{1}}}|name=whatever|image=something.gif|plural=somethings|{{{2|}}}}}</nowiki> for the purposes of easy data retrieval by other templates), and said data pages had been placed as "item name/data", leading to them coming up during searches and "random page" clicks; in the end, we created a separate namespace to contain them, but that probably won't work very well here because all of the "entity" pages are already in their own namespaces. VengefulDonut was considering using his regular expression voodoo templates to automatically extract all of the relevant raws for an entity (just as is done with the mineral/metal/gem infoboxes, but just grabbing the entire blob rather than parsing out individual fields), something that would only require a single "raws" page for each version and would be much simpler to update when new releases come along and fix a whole bunch of errors in the raws. --[[User:Quietust|Quietust]] 12:49, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
+
Probably a rendering time issue - the other versions load fine, but v0.31 takes the longest (I'm pretty sure the v0.34 page is the largest). Using action=raw also works. &mdash;[[User:Lethosor|<span style="color:#074">Lethosor</span>]] ([[User talk:Lethosor|<span style="color:#092">talk</span>]]) 10:43, 6 May 2014 (UTC)
:Seems it was a lot easier than I figured it'd be - all creatures from 23a now grab their raws from the appropriate creature raw pages, and once I import each of the raw pages for 40d and 0.31, they'll automagically start working there as well. A few additional changes to {{tl|gamedata}} should allow it to reliably fetch raws for other object types (specifically, MATGLOSS for old stones/metals/plants, INORGANIC for new stones/metals, and PLANT for new plants). --[[User:Quietust|Quietust]] 19:26, 4 May 2010 (UTC)

I know this is probably some sort of hack. But is there any way that we can get recent changes to be like search in the sense that we can use checkboxes to select multiple namespaces?  Like all the "talk" pages?  Minor deal, don't kill yourself/the wiki trying to do it, but if it's not exceedingly hard, it'd be useful. Thanks [[User:Mason11987|Mason]] ([[User talk:Mason11987|T]]-[[Special:Contributions/Mason11987|C]]) 16:29, 24 April 2010 (UTC)

It appears that the TitleIsAlwaysKnown is the problem, presumably because it takes a lot of time to render on a large page like [[creature token]]. Unfortunately, this is the hook that makes links and searching work. I'll try making the extension skip section links, since they account for most of the links in that article and don't need to be handled at all. &mdash;[[User:Lethosor|<span style="color:#074">Lethosor</span>]] ([[User talk:Lethosor|<span style="color:#092">talk</span>]]) 19:48, 6 May 2014 (UTC)

:: I'm guessing this is because AutoRedirect takes more time to render links to pages that don't exist, since it checks every versioned namespace before determining that a page doesn't exist. I'm not sure how to fix this yet, but it seems to me that either disabling the additional namespace checks in the template namespace or only enabling them in the main namespace could work. == 502 Bad Gateway ==
+
== Cannot confirm email address ==

After uploading all of the raws for 0.31.03, the DF2010 pages for Dwarf, Human, Elf, and Goblin are all giving "502 Bad Gateway" almost immediately. Other creatures within creature_standard.txt (the largest of the raw files, weighing in at 185kb) are loading just fine. Back when VengefulDonut was working on the stonelookup/contains stuff, the page for Chromite was doing the same thing, specifically when it tried to look up the list of gems contained within it (said list consists only of Demantoid, and the entire raw file for gems is only 30K), though it looks like some other changes to the raw templates were able to solve that particular issue. If the size of the template is an issue, it should be reasonably easy to split it in half - it'd just be a matter of editing DF2010:Creature file lookup and redirecting some of the entities to different pages. --[[User:Quietust|Quietust]] 23:57, 4 May 2010 (UTC)
+
[http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=140530.0#msg5470497 It's been mentioned on the forum], and I thought I'd let you know here, since I see it too.
:As a side test, I tried doing the same regex match on my Windows XP box using PHP 5.2.9, and trying to match against the DWARF raws caused it to silently crash (apparently due to a stack overflow within PCRE - adding <tt>ini_set("pcre.recursion_limit", 25000);</tt> removes the crash but also causes the match to fail) while the others seemed to be okay; however, on my FreeBSD server (amd64, running inside VMware on the aforementioned Windows XP box) running PHP 5.2.11, they all worked fine. The latest version of PHP 5.2.x is 5.2.13 (and the latest overall version is 5.3.2), while the site itself is running 5.2.10, so it's possible that something was fixed in the meanwhile, though I don't see anything in the changelog that looks to be related. --[[User:Quietust|Quietust]] 00:44, 5 May 2010 (UTC)

::I've rewritten the regular expression used in {{tl|raw2}} and it seems to no longer choke on creature_standard.txt, though for now I'm leaving it split in 3 pieces. --[[User:Quietust|Quietust]] 02:32, 5 May 2010 (UTC)

Making the wiki available offline has been discussed before by many different people. [http://sebsauvage.net/wiki/doku.php?id=df_portable_wiki Some even manage] something almost useful. You've helped the situation by making the XML dumps available, however so much information in the wiki is locked behind templates that depend on custom PHP extensions to expand properly. Dash/Zeal provide fast instant search and they're designed for searching through sets of documents already.

== Templates ==
+
Step 1 is where all the work takes place of course. I want to do it in a way that is as light on the existing infrastructure as possible. Using the [http://dwarffortresswiki.org/api.php wiki's API] and the [https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Expandtemplates action:expandtemplates] feature, I can expand the XML dump into rendered HTML. But this is essentially scraping the wiki, which isn't good.

<pre>{{stonelookup/0}}</pre>
+
Instead, I would like to setup my own instance of the wiki and run all the processing locally.
I have RegexFunctions (v1.3) and ParserFunctions (v1.1.1) but this template doesn't work correctly in the Russian wiki. It didn't return a values from raw-files for Melting point, Boiling point, Ignition point, etc.

I want to ask, what settings of wiki you changed and where? --[[User:Igoreklim|igoreklim]] 12:24, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

:You've got the regular expression limit set too low - it's only evaluating 10 regexes per page, which is nowhere near enough. By comparison, this wiki has the limit set to 100. --[[User:Quietust|Quietust]] 14:28, 20 July 2010 (UTC)

:<nowiki>*facepalm*</nowiki>, I did not realize that [[MediaWiki:Sitenotice]] existed at all, much less in the default MediaWiki installation.  Now I've figured out how 99% of it works, including using custom namespaces to limit editing access on [[Dwarf Fortress Wiki:Announcements]]. :Oh. If you're referring to diagrams, you can find the relevant CSS in the [https://github.com/DF-Wiki/DFDiagram/blob/master/modules/ext.DFDiagram.css DFDiagram extension] (they're converted into &lt;canvas> elements on the client side by default, but you can disable that in your [[Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-dfdiagram|preferences]] or simply by parsing the wikitext, which should generate a HTML table instead). Other than that, most CSS is stored in templates (although it can be several levels down - infoboxes use {{tl|infoheader}}, {{tl|infocell}}, etc.). &mdash;[[User:Lethosor|<span style="color:#074">Lethosor</span>]] ([[User talk:Lethosor|<span style="color:#092">talk</span>]]) 16:38, 7 December 2014 (UTC)

I've been working on a MediaWiki extension designed solely for parsing Dwarf Fortress raws - so far, I've implemented functions to duplicate the "raw", "tag", "tagentry", "tagvalue", and "foreachtag" templates without making use of regular expressions (instead using ordinary strpos, substr, and str_replace), so memory/CPU usage should not be a concern. I've even added a special tag for re-evaluating the output of a template or parser function so that the BiomeToken template can be used properly. Maybe with an included link to the latest version of the mod. I wouldn't mind doing the leg work on this if its something your on board with. Please let me. Thanks.

Can't move File:Fäden.png[edit]

It's used on cv:thread, but I can't seem to move it to a better title. I think it's because of the accent umlaut - is there any way you can change its name manually in the database? (This maintenance script should do the trick, but it requires a little setup and it might run into the same problem.) —Lethosor (talk) 19:17, 13 March 2014 (UTC)

I missed this. Where should this be moved to? I can give the script a try --Briess (talk) 20:35, 4 May 2014 (UTC)
I was thinking something like f:thread.png or f:rope reed fiber thread.png would work. If not, I can always reupload it and delete the original (assuming that works). —Lethosor (talk) 20:52, 4 May 2014 (UTC)
Oops, that was my file. I guess i should take it as reminder to label files something more accessible when they're intended for public use and not just my own stuff. --Larix (talk) 14:31, 6 May 2014 (UTC)
Can't get the move to work. I'll have to play with the DB if I want to do that. --Briess (talk) 03:39, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
Might be because I already moved it. :) (Can't remember where at the moment, but it's on thread). —Lethosor (talk) 03:44, 16 June 2014 (UTC)

This file is missing, but is used on {{old}} and has a history page: [1]. Any idea what happened to it? (Other files appear to be unaffected.) —Lethosor (talk) 20:16, 4 May 2014 (UTC)

No idea. Going to rebuild images now then --Briess (talk) 20:30, 4 May 2014 (UTC)

Creature token page seems to be causing your server trouble[edit]

http://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/DF2012:Creature_token comes up with a completely blank (like, about:blank blank) for me and pretty much everyone else I've asked about it. 74.67.17.69 07:23, 6 May 2014 (UTC)

Probably a rendering time issue - the other versions load fine, but v0.31 takes the longest (I'm pretty sure the v0.34 page is the largest). Using action=raw also works. —Lethosor (talk) 10:43, 6 May 2014 (UTC)

Okay, disabling AutoRedirect fixed this, so I'm currently disabling pieces of it to see what's causing the problem. —Lethosor (talk) 19:41, 6 May 2014 (UTC)

It appears that the TitleIsAlwaysKnown is the problem, presumably because it takes a lot of time to render on a large page like creature token. Unfortunately, this is the hook that makes links and searching work. I'll try making the extension skip section links, since they account for most of the links in that article and don't need to be handled at all. —Lethosor (talk) 19:48, 6 May 2014 (UTC)

All right, that seems to have worked. The render time is back down to 1.2 seconds, which is pretty good for such a long page. —Lethosor (talk) 20:11, 6 May 2014 (UTC)

Awesome, glad I could help. 2604:6000:FB03:4601:BE5F:F4FF:FE3B:6A61 16:04, 7 May 2014 (UTC)

Bot is removing av template[edit]

this edit is an example. Just letting you know. Brightgalrs (talk) 19:39, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

And it's deleting the stonelookup template too. example. Brightgalrs (talk) 19:41, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
It looks like it searched for "{{quality|.*}}" when doing the "remove quality" step, which ended up matching way too much. --Quietust (talk) 21:45, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
Working on a way to revert those using the bot but it will take a bit. --Briess (talk) 22:06, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
I'll get them. I've been meaning to find an excuse to use AWB here. Cheers Brightgalrs (talk) 19:47, 14 July 2014 (UTC)
Awesome. Thanks! --Briess (talk) 00:15, 15 July 2014 (UTC)

Server woes[edit]

I can't insert {{DF2014 plants/trees}} into {{DF2014 plants}}; the server times out/fails to respond each time I try.--Loci (talk) 19:15, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

I'll take a look. --Briess (talk) 22:05, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
I'm guessing this is because AutoRedirect takes more time to render links to pages that don't exist, since it checks every versioned namespace before determining that a page doesn't exist. I'm not sure how to fix this yet, but it seems to me that either disabling the additional namespace checks in the template namespace or only enabling them in the main namespace could work. Any better ideas? —Lethosor (talk) 01:25, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
I think it makes sense to only have the checks happen in the main namespace. We can discuss more on github if you want. --Briess (talk) 17:27, 27 July 2014 (UTC)

Cannot confirm email address[edit]

It's been mentioned on the forum, and I thought I'd let you know here, since I see it too.

When I went to the page to start the confirmation process, I was told the email had already been sent. After waiting quite a while without anything, I decided to ask for another email, and that's when I encountered this error:

Dwarf Fortress Wiki could not send your confirmation mail. Please check your e-mail address for invalid characters.
Mailer returned: Unknown error in PHP's mail() function.

Hopefully this will be an easy fix, sorry I don't have anything more specific for you to follow up on. —Lue (talk) 00:00, 14 July 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for the heads up. I'm aware of the issue but have not had the time yet to diagnose and fix - I am planning on spending some time with it this upcoming week. --Briess (talk) 05:33, 14 July 2014 (UTC)

Still broken. Atheistcanuck (talk) 21:38, 31 December 2014 (UTC)

Adventure mode redirect[edit]

For some reason adventure mode redirects to the 0.34.11 adventurer mode page, so I went to see if I could change this. Apparently, it contains a redirect to adventurer mode, which redirects to the DF2014 page. I'm not quite sure what's going on here, so I thought I should bring this up. It's perhaps related to why the adventure mode links in DF2014:Adventure mode quick start are red, which is why I was looking into it in the first place. —Lue (talk) 23:07, 15 July 2014 (UTC)

This should be fixed now. —Lethosor (talk) 01:12, 21 July 2014 (UTC)

Missing image[edit]

Image brokenness[edit]

Back in 2012, DrSazar added the poorly-named [File:Sperm.jpg, a photograph of a sperm whale. At some point after May 2013 the photograph changed into an image of actual sperm, presumably drawn from wikimedia commons. The wiki software shouldn't be losing images, or replacing local images with reference images. It's not the only image that seems to be missing, either.--Loci (talk) 16:05, 16 November 2014 (UTC)

Sperm.jpg is still on the servers (as is its thumbnail). Dyed_thread.png is also on the servers, but its thumbnail appears to be missing. I'll try rebuilding the image table to see if that fixes anything. —Lethosor (talk) 16:20, 16 November 2014 (UTC)
Dyed_thread.png has been fixed. I'm still not sure what's wrong with Sperm.jpg - it's stored on the server, but Mediawiki doesn't seem to be recognizing it. —Lethosor (talk) 16:28, 16 November 2014 (UTC)
Mediawiki Commons has a history of being entirely dumb. I moved the page; I think it's possible that busting the thumbnails could theoretically fix it, but I'm not sure. --Briess (talk) 03:40, 17 November 2014 (UTC)

Cloning the wiki[edit]

Hi Briess! lethosor directed me here from IRC.

Making the wiki available offline has been discussed before by many different people. Some even manage something almost useful. You've helped the situation by making the XML dumps available, however so much information in the wiki is locked behind templates that depend on custom PHP extensions to expand properly. I want to pick up this torch and produce something usable and useful for everyone.

My plan is simple.

  1. Massage the DF2014 namespace into a set of static HTML documents
  2. Bundle these documents in the docset format
  3. Release the docset in Dash on OSX and [zealdocs.org Zeal] on Windows and Linux.

Dash/Zeal provide fast instant search and they're designed for searching through sets of documents already.

Step 1 is where all the work takes place of course. I want to do it in a way that is as light on the existing infrastructure as possible. Using the wiki's API and the action:expandtemplates feature, I can expand the XML dump into rendered HTML. But this is essentially scraping the wiki, which isn't good.

Instead, I would like to setup my own instance of the wiki and run all the processing locally.

So my question for you is, can you kindly give the assets needed to setup a clone of the wiki? AFAIK, all I need to make a facsimile of the wiki is:

  1. the custom CSS theme
  2. a list of extensions you have installed (and their source if necessary)
  3. anything else I don't know about that affects the content generation

I noticed that some of the custom extensions are available on github, but is that all of them?

Cheers, Rmblr (talk)

edit: - I forgot to mention images. I plan to support an image-less version of the docset at first that will load the images opportunistically if the internet is available. Eventually, if you don't mind, I'll fetch images in bulk from the wiki (respecting the cache and expiry headers of course).

Briess - I was thinking of putting some of the settings we use on Github, like WMF's InitialiseSettings.php. Thoughts? —Lethosor (talk) 20:40, 6 December 2014 (UTC)

Rmblr - what custom CSS theme are you referring to? Aside from Mediawiki:Common.css, I don't believe we've made any modifications to the Vector theme. —Lethosor (talk) 20:42, 6 December 2014 (UTC)

Lethosor - I assumed you were using some custom CSS to display things like ASCII tiles, stone infoboxes, etc. Is that not the case? Rmblr (talk)

Oh. If you're referring to diagrams, you can find the relevant CSS in the DFDiagram extension (they're converted into <canvas> elements on the client side by default, but you can disable that in your preferences or simply by parsing the wikitext, which should generate a HTML table instead). Other than that, most CSS is stored in templates (although it can be several levels down - infoboxes use {{infoheader}}, {{infocell}}, etc.). —Lethosor (talk) 16:38, 7 December 2014 (UTC)
That's reasonable to me. Let's take discussion of what to do for this to the github issues tracker. --Briess (talk) 17:50, 10 December 2014 (UTC)

Email problems[edit]

Ohey, New here. Made an account yesterday, and inserted my email adress where it belonged, and then the wiki returned this: Error sending mail: Unknown error in PHP's mail() function. Same happened for my other email account... Any ideas? Su8perkillr (talk) 14:33, 3 February 2015 (UTC)

Can't upload files[edit]

I wanted to upload an image about picking bioms for the Quickstart page, but I’m not allowed to. Dwarf Fortress French wiki[edit]

Hello Briess,

Do you know who runs the French DW wiki ? It seems impossible to register for that site ( trying to register gets this error : " Fatal error: Call to a member function xpath() on a non-object in /home/librejeu/dwarffortress/wiki/extensions/ConfirmEdit/Asirra.class.php on line 52 " ) and my login from this wiki doesn't work there .

We've got a Facebook group going and some people want to contribute to that site .

wiki dump available?[edit]

hey i have an old wiki dump of dwarf fortress that i use through WikiTaxi, was trying to find the dump database to get a newer version but couldn't locate it

Confirmation email won't send[edit]

Hi Briess, my account won't send a confirmation email, says something about a PHP error. I rechecked the email address, but it seems to be correct. Thanks, KT

Main page interwiki[edit]

Business Inquiry[edit]

Hello Briess,

I am trying to find a good way to get in touch with you, preferably through email so that I can talk to you about a business opportunity with the wiki. Please let me know the best way to get in touch with you.

Thanks

Getting In Touch[edit]

Hi Briess,

I am trying to get in touch with you regarding a few questions I have about the wiki. Can you please email me back at mbarr@sovrn.com?

Looking forward to speaking with you!

Thank you, Melissa

Hi Briess, I have a question about a References/Sources Page for DF Modders (Real Quick Question)[edit]

I'm creating a Tileset for DF and I'm now trying to go back and sight references for tilesets that I pulled tiles/content from. I thought that it might be a cool idea if there was a hosted page on the WIKI were DF modifications could be listed as "Free for Use, just sight Author" or "Proprietary: DON'T USE MY WORK w/o permission". Maybe with an included link to the latest version of the mod. I wouldn't mind doing the leg work on this if its something your on board with. Please let me. Thanks.

Please use HTTPS[edit]

Hey Briess.

Could you please set up a TLS certificate for the forum?

I don't like seeing NOT SECURE everytime I visit the forum.

  • Is there any update on this? Solters (talk) 05:21, 8 February 2019 (UTC)
Assuming you mean the wiki and not the forum, the wiki has HTTPS enabled as of this June. —Lethosor (talk) 00:03, 20 July 2019 (UTC)

Wondering if I can have a permission to translate this wiki into Korean[edit]

There are Russian, French, and I've seen a dwarf asking for a Japanese in Talk:Main_Page(but seems like no one has replied yet) There might be some limitations since I don't understand 100% about some mods and minecart logics and I'm not an expert translator, but I wish I could do this work. :9 Thanks. - bluebird9281.

Add a link to Twitch Dwarf Fortress section?[edit]

Can we add a link somewhere to the DF section of Twitch?

F00z (talk) 21:44, 18 July 2019 (UTC)

What link do you want? There are a lot of related links on the Main Page, and I'm fine with adding one, but I don't know where you want the link to go. —Lethosor (talk) 00:03, 20 July 2019 (UTC)

Just something like https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Slaves%20to%20Armok%20II%3A%20Dwarf%20Fortress that would link to the game's section on Twitch. Figure it might help some discover live DF content.

Possibility to Translate the wiki?[edit]

Hi Briess,

First of all, I'd like to congratulate you for this amazing work. this wiki is a reference for everyone!

I'm contacting you because I'd like to know if you would authorise me to translate this wiki? I'm a translator myself and I would love to work on it, of course, for free. I'm aware it is filled with lots of content over the years so it would be a long-term project.

My native language is Portuguese, but I could also translate to French and Spanish.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Elio NETO

Editing practice[edit]

Hi, apologies if this is the wrong place to raise this, but I just reverted the four edits ([2]) of User:Billy after getting an email that a page I (had forgotten I) was following had been edited. Some more forceful discouragement may be called for. Hv (talk) 16:05, 23 April 2021 (UTC)

Thanks! Will deal with this. Briess (talk) 13:41, 28 April 2021 (UTC)

Want to translate the wiki Into Chinese[edit]

Hi Briess,

Thank for the amazing wiki!It is helpful for everyone!

I want to translate this wiki into Chinese. My native language is Chinese. I hope that more Chinese players will know and like this game. In this official wiki, I have not found an entry that can be translated into other languages. I want to move it to other wikis. We are serving and doing related translation work, hoping to get your approval and consent.

Finally, thank you for your contribution to the wiki.

Best regards,

FengMaster

Translate[edit]

Is there the possibility of adding alternative pages for other languages? That way we can translate into other languages without creating new sites

Replace Chinese Wiki with the new one on Fandom[edit]

Hello, Briess! The current Chinese wiki on wikidot (listed on main page) seems to be inactive for a long time, with its main page refers to the download link of v0.44.10, and most pages are never updated even earlier than that version. Recently we are working on a new site on Fandom ([3]), trying to keep everything up to date. Wish to replace the links on dwarffortresswiki's main page and the sidebar link (ILL) with the one at Fandom, so that more people may get to the right place and join us. xjtu-blacksmith 黑山雁 (talk) 03:09, 31 December 2021 (UTC)

I've added the link of Fandom wiki site into main page myself. Wish to add ILL for Chinese wiki site (Fandom) one day. xjtu-blacksmith 黑山雁 (talk) 06:02, 13 May 2022 (UTC)
We've migrated our site to huijiwiki recently, which is a China-based Wiki farm. I've changed the link on main page. xjtu-blacksmith 黑山雁 (talk) 02:43, 29 May 2022 (UTC)
