Bay 12 Games is a game company owned by Tarn Adams and his brother Zach Adams. It currently develops and publishes
Dwarf Fortress, and has also created several ASCII games.
Its motto is "Beyond Quality."
Kitfox Games is responsible for contracting the new additions to the team for art, audio, and programming since the Premium update. (Summer 2024 FAQ) They are listed, among others, in /data/credits.txt.
